The forest of  Euphrates poplar suffered and are suffering from a significant deterioration as a result of human activities that were multi after these forests constitute a vital community integrated.

The research aims to assess the pools Euphrates poplar by comparing data growth, and study the characteristics of the forest for several sites in the province of  Deir -Zor.

Preliminary results showed that there were differences in the intensity of the studied sites ranged density of 193.25 trees / ha to 612.5 trees / ha, as a result of its presence in the areas of differences in environmental conditions, and the presence of these gatherings, which are characterized by attributes of a good education processes contribute to the later.

As also shown a positive relationship between the data growth in all the cases studied, where the value of the relationship coefficient (0.79 ) for the diameter at breast height with height, and the value of the relationship coefficient of the intensity of the public and the average tree height in each of the sites (0.852), and the presence of positive relationship Weak between the overall intensity and the average country at chest level for each site, and the value of the relationship coefficient (0.593).
