This research aimed at evaluating the quality of the performance of teachers graduates of the College of Education in AL-Hassakeh in light of the concept of Total Quality Management TOM from the perspective of teachers themselves. To achieve this goal are designed Questionnaire include the most important performance criteria for professional and indicators, and after review the theory of the concept of Total Quality Management TQM in the educational field, and learn the latest methods of evaluating the performance of the teacher of modern, standards and professional standards of local, Arab and global assess teacher performance. The research found that the quality of the performance of teachers grade graduates of the College of Education in AL-Hassakeh from their point of view the degree (GOOD), have been observed some weaknesses in the performance of teachers on the planning study and design, and create a climate of education and preservation, and implementation of education and management, and demonstrate the application of technology, As it turns out that there is no impactof the variable sex,the graduation rate variable on the results of evaluating the quality of teacher performance. In light of the results evaluate the performance criteria and indicators research presents some suggestions that can be traded to improve the quality of the teachers grade graduates of the College of Education in AL-Hassakeh

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقويم جودة أداء معلمي الصف خريجي كلية التربية في الحسكة في ضوء مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM من وجهة نظر المعلمين ذاتهم. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبانة تتضمن أهم معايير الأداء المهنية ومؤشراتها ، وذلك بعد المراجعة النظرية لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM في المجال التربوي، والاطلاع على أحدث أساليب تقويم أداء المعلم الحديثة والمقاييس والمعايير المهنية المحلية والعربية والعالمية الخاصة بتقويم أداء المعلم. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن مدى جودة أداء معلمي الصف خريجي كلية التربية في الحسكة من وجهة نظرهم كان بدرجة (جيد) ، وقد لوحظت بعض نواحي الضعف في أداء المعلمين تتعلق بتخطيط الدرس وتصميمه، وخلق المناخ التعليمي والمحافظة عليه، و تنفيذ التعليم وإدارته، وإظهار تطبيق التكنولوجيا . كما تبين أن ليس هناك أي تأثير المتغير الجنس ومتغير معدل التخرج ، على نتائج تقويم جودة أداء المعلمين. وفي ضوء نتائج تقويم معايير الأداء ومؤشراتها قدم البحث بعض المقترحات التي يمكن تداولها لتحسين جودة أداء معلمي الصف خريجي كلية التربية في الحسكة .
