Material Requirement Planning and Control is considered as the essence of all production systems, due to the high importance of the requirements which consist a big part of the total cost of production, which increase its importance because it give big chance to make the organization Successful and performs its expected goals and objectives by the optimal operation of the existing resource.

So the Material Requirements Planning System can be considered the main bon of most Information systems which are oriented to serve the functional management in the industrial organizations, we can notice that its Input are output of Material management information system, and its input coming from Production Information system, which take the form of the required information about the expected demand during the following periods, which may lead to efficiency and effectiveness of the capacity and resources to decrease the investment in the inventory and make it the minimum level, at the same time in the to prevent the occurrence of bottle neck during the productive process which lead to the increase of the cost by many aspects.
