This study aimed to determine the level of pressure of professional teachers of autistic children and to identify their sources, and on a sample of (58) teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher building a list to estimate the level of professional pressure, consisted of (44) item distributors on four dimensions: 1 - pressure on the organization and conditions of employment. 2 - pressure related to autistic children. 3 - pressure related to a lack of rehabilitation and training. 4 - pressure on the professional relationship during training. The study results indicated that the level of professional stress among teachers was high, and the more sources of professional stress is related to autistic children and the organization and conditions of employment. The study also showed that there was no affect of the study variables in the level of pressure of professional teachers of autistic children

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي الأطفال التوحديين وتحديد مصادرها، وذلك على عينة مؤلفة من (58) معلما ومعلمة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة  قام الباحث ببناء قائمة لتقدير مستوى الضغوط المهنية، تكونت من (44) بندا موزعين على أربعة أبعاد هي: 

1- الضغوط المتعلقة بتنظيم العمل وظروفه.

2 - الضغوط المتعلقة بالطفل التوحدي.

3 - الضغوط المتعلقة بنقص التأهيل والتدريب.

4- الضغوط المتعلقة بالعلاقات المهنية أثناء التدريب. 

وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى المعلمن كان مرتفعا بشكل عام، وكان أكثر مصادر الضغوط المهنية هي المتعلقة بالطفل التوحدي وتنظيم العمل وظروفه. كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود أي أثر لمتغيرات الدراسة في مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى معلمي الأطفال التوحديين.
