This research deals with the spatial organization of the centers of human cities and towns and villages in the region of Tartous, accompanied by a considerable evolution in the population with a remarkable development in the structure of divided management during the period between 1980 - 2004 - which contributed to the achievement of economic and social development in a balanced rural and urban areas together, and The researcher used the law of strength of the relationship between the two Amranyen to show areas of influence in relation to the center of this region, and eventually reached a number of future expectations on the evolution of the number of centers the human and the evolution of the number of populations, as has been the adoption of a set of conclusions and recommendations with regard to economic and social development in the areas different (agriculture, trade, industry, tourism, transport and communications, environmental pollution).

يتناول هذا البحث دراسة التنظيم المكاني للمراكز البشرية في مدينة وبلدات وقرى في منطقة طرطوس مترافقا بتطور كبير في عدد السكان مع تطور ملحوظ في هيكل تقسيمها الإداري خلال الفترة الواقعة بين 1980 - 2004م الأمر الذي أسهم بتحقيق تنمية اجتماعية واقتصادية متوازنة في الريف والحضر معا، وقد استخدم الباحث قانون قوة العلاقة بين مركزين عمرانيين لإظهار مناطق النفوذ بالنسبة إلى مركز هذه المنطقة، وفي النهاية تم التوصل إلى عدد من التوقعات المستقبلية المتعلقة بتطور عدد المراكز البشرية وتطور عدد السكان فيها أهما، إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات والمقترحات فيما يخص التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المجالات المختلفة من(زراعة، تجارة، صناعة، سياحة، نقل والمواصلات، تلوث بيئي)
