The Study was conducted on 24 sample of Awassi sheep which were in stage of mature sexually living near oil wells , in addition to 6 sheep which were considered as

a control group living far from oil wells and polluted areas. Parts of liver , kidneys , muscles and milk of sheep were taken to calibrate number of:

Red blood cells ,White blood cells, hemoglobin amount , total protine , Alpomine , Glopioline , Gama Glopioline , AST (GOT), ALT(GPT), Urea and createnine by using special Kits.

Through the result of the research it is illustrated that there are moral increasing in Cadmium and Lead amount in all samples compared with control group, as well as it was noticed a vivid decreasing in the amount of Gama Glopiolin where there were moral differences in the level of other blood compositions.

أجري البحث على أربع وعشرين عينة من أغنام العواس البالغة جنسيا والتي تعيش قرب حقول النفط إضافة إلى ستة أغنام كحيوانات شاهدة تعيش في أماكن بعيدة عن حقول النفط وأماكن التلوث ، أخذت من الأغنام أجزاء من الكبد ، الكلى ، العضلات ، الحليب لمعايرة كل من الرصاص والكادميوم باستخدام جهاز الامتصاص الذري( AAS ) كما أخذت عينات دموية لمعايرة كل من : عدد الكريات الحمراء ، عدد الكريات البيضاء ، كمية الهيموغلوبين ، البروتين الكلي ، الالبومین الغلوبيولين ، الغاما غلوبيولين (ALT(GPT)،AST(GOT) واليوريا و الكرياتينين و ذلك باستخدام كيتات خاصة . من خلال نتائج البحث تبين وجود زيادة معنوية في كمية الكادميوم والرصاص في جميع العينات مقارنة مع الحيوانات الشاهدة كما لوحظ نقص واضح بكمية مادة الغاما غلوبيولين المناعية ، بينما لم يلاحظ وجود تغيرات معنوية في مستوى المكونات الدموية الأخري .
