Previous researches have proved that education increase the level of personal income in many cases, despite that fact the revenue size would be different according to time and place.

The research importance strives as dealing with the two of the most important factors in any society which are education and poverty and relationships between the two. The development of high living standard for the community requires building educated generation would be able to contribute into community progress and development. This would not occur if there is a high percentage of population at the poverty point.  This research also important because education can be considered as the most important factor associate with poverty in Syria as more than 18% of population are alliterated. On the other hand poverty proportion is very low between educated people (only 1.5 %). The facts are the main cause to examine the relationships between education and poverty.

The research objectives:

Studying the specified poverty phenomenon in the area of study and examine the relationship between poverty and education level by carrying out research using random sample of Adlib families, at the end the main finding and recommendations have to be pointed out.

تأتي أهمية البحث من كونه يعالج موضوعين في غاية الأهمية لأي مجتمع وهما الفقر والتعليم والأثر المتبادل بينهما، حيث أن تأمين الحياة الكريمة للمجتمع تتطلب بناء الأجيال المتعلمة الواعية التي تسهم في نهوض المجتمع وتقدمه، ولا يتحقق ذلك عندما توجد فئة كبيرة من الأفراد عند خط الفقر.
