The present work includes a mathematical model for mechanical calculations of the elastic conductors of the electrical power transmission lines, considering the elastic and thermal expansions of the insulators and conductors this will allow a vector parametric method to write a statistical conductor equation and to determine the space-situation and mechanical tension of the elastic conductors transmission n lines, what ever its situation under the snow effects, and generally under inhomogeneous wind - power effect directions.

We prepared a mathematical model using the C++ and fortran programs, that allow us to do the mechanical calculations for the transmitors and insulators of 12 climatical conditions ... this mathematical model and program can be used as a primary case to do such calculations on the electrical power transmission dynamics.

The present uses of the elastic conductors of the electrical power lines, lead to many errors in calculations due to.

يتضمن هذا البحث النموذج الرياضي للحسابات الميكانيكية للنواقل المرنة لخطوط نقل القدرة مع الاخذ باعتبار التمددات المرنة والحرارية للنواقل والعوازل حيث يتيح استخدام الصيغة البرامترية المنهجية لكتابة معادلة سكونية الناقل تحديد الوضعية الفراغية والتوترات الميكانيكية في النواقل المرنة مهما كان وضعها الفراغي تحت تاثير الجليد وبشكل عام تحت تاثير قوة الريح غير متجانسة الاتجاه الى الفتحة على اساس النموذج الرياضي تم اعداد برامج بلغتي الفورتران  ++C تتيح القيام بالحسابات الميكانيكية للنواقل والعوازل في 12 حالة مناخية .
