In posts experiment ( 6 kg ) fertilization with Manure Fertilizer ( cows ) was studied on some physical and biological properties of three soil types ( clayey , sandy clayey , loamy ) using three rates of organic applications ( 0 , 5 and 10 ton / ha ) A group of biotests ( total number of microbs , CO2 measure and estimation ) were determined in the soil , along with C/N  estimation and measuring bulk density and general porosity.

Results showed reducing the bulk density with increasing rate of organic fertilization, where the highest value of bulk density was in the loamy soil (control) and reduced to the lowest value in the treatment of 10 tonha in the clayey soil. The general porosity was increased in the clayey soil with 10 ton ha. Among the biological parameters, number of microbs was significally increased at 10 tonha in the clayey soil. All the activity parameters were increased with increasing the organic content, especially CO2 ,but reducing C/H ratio in the organic application.

في تجربة أصص سعة (6كغ) تم دراسة أثر التسميد بسماد الإسطبل (أبقار) في بعض الخواص الفيزيائية والحيوية لثلاثة أنواع من الترب (طينية , رملية طينية , لومية) وذلك باستخدام ثلاثة معدلات من الإضافة السمادية العضوية (0 طن/هـ , 5 طن/هـ , 10 طن/هـ ) وتم تقدير مجموعة من الاختبارات الحيوية (العدد الكلي للميكروبات , قياس Co2 في التربة إضافة إلى تحديد C/N وقياس الكثافة الظاهرية والمسامية العامة وقد أكدت هذه الدراسة انخفاض الكثافة الظاهرية مع زيادة معدلات التسميد العضوي وكانت أعلى قيمة للكثافة الظاهرية في التربة اللومية (شاهد) وانخفضت إلى أقل قيمة في المعاملة 10 طن/هـ في التربة الطينية كما ارتفعت المسامية العامة في المعاملة (تربة طينية / 10 طن/هـ) ومن المؤشرات الحيوية ارتفاع أعداد البكتيريا بشكل معنوي عند الإضافة (10طن/هـ) في التربة الطينية وجميع المؤشرات النشاطية ارتفعت مع زيادة المحتوى العضوي وبخاصةً Co2 وانخفاض نسبة C/N في الإضافة العضوية .
