Every person has many directions and on many variety of events, objects and subjects around him. These trends are numerous and diverse coherent pattern, which in turn plays an important role in guiding behavior within organizations. 

Given the trend of importance, we found it useful to do this study in order to identify trends among a sample of young University of Aleppo with regard to the areas they wish the student to go to after graduating from university, and what are the reasons behind the formation of these trends.
