Problem: The problem with the current study in an attempt to identify the climate and its relationship to school performance, career counselors have in Syria. And to identify some of the features and characteristics that affect the functionality of the psychological guide (type, qualification, specialization). Objective of the study: to identify the nature of the job performance played by the counselor. And the relationship between the level of job performance and school climate. And to identify the differences in the level of functionality according to some psychologists, counselors demographic variables (gender, academic qualification, specialization), as well as to identify differences in perceptions of counselors on school climate factors according to each of the (type, qualification, specialization).

proeedures: was reached to prepare a measure of the climate of the school to guide psychological in syria and then applied this standard in addition to standard functionality of the guide psychological preparation (Mansour ash, 2009) on a sample study, which consisted of (100) guide myself from the provinces (Aleppo, Damascus, Damascus, Idlib, Deir EZZor) in Syria.

المشكلة : تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة الحالية في محاولة التعرف على المناخ المدرسي وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي وبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية لدى المرشديين النفسيين في سورية والتعرف على بعض السمات والخصائص التي تؤثر في الأداء الوظيفي للمرشدين النفسيين  (الجنس , المؤهل العلمي ) .
