The study aimed to shed light on the role and importance of training in the success of any organization and in the development of human resources and raise its ability to perform. In addition to the identification of the extent to which the training meets the objectives of the university administration that are related to raising the level of performance and improving service delivery methods and clarify the limitations surrounding the training efforts at the university training.

هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على دور وأهمية التدريب في نجاح أي تنظيم وفي تطوير الكفاءات البشرية ورفع قدراتها على الأداء.بالاضافة الى التعرف على مدى تحقيق التدريب لأهداف الادارات  الجامعية المرتبطة برفع مستوى الاداء وتحسين أساليب تقديم الخدمة وتوضيح اوجه القصور التي تكتتف جهود التدريب في الجامعة.
