Migrant remittances have got recently great importance and increasingly by many international organizations and institutions, All reports issued by the World Bank have confirmed on the role of immigrants in accelerating the development through regular remittances they send to their country of origin. From this point of this research will deal with the study and analysis of the role of migrants' remittances Syrians in financing economic development by comparing with migrants remittances in neighboring Arab countries. The researcher concluded that the low volume of the Syrian economy benefit from the resources of Syrian migrants, which shows through the following indicators:

1. Decreasing of Syrian migrants' remittances compared with

the migrants remittances in neighboring Arab countries. . Despite the success of Syrian banks in the increase in

deposits of foreign exchange to non-residents more than 12 times between Y..and Y.1., its percentage is still simple compared with the whole deposit foreign exchange in Syrian banks, and it did not exceed the figure of T7 in Y.). while it reached 1% in Lebanese banks for the same year.

حضيت تحويلات المهاجرين في الفترة الأخيرة بأهمية كبيرة ومتزايدة من قبل العديد من المنظمات والمؤسسات الدولية ,فقد أكدت جميع التقارير الصادرة عن البنك الدولي على دور المهاجرين في تسريع وتيرة التنمية عبر التحويلات المالية المنتظمة التي يرسلونها الى بلادهم الأصلية ,ومن هذا المنطلق يتناول البحث دراسة وتحليل دور تحولات المهاجرين في البلدان العربية المجاورة .
