Firstly .Aim of This paper studying single-stage thermoelectric system by new way that permit to description The fundamentals phenomenon (the effects) is reduced in the thermoelectric system like (peltier effect, and seebeck effect,.....) during working the system and demonstration the equations all each part from the system.

Secondly, done modeling and simulation the behavior of thermoelectric system used for both cooling and power generation by development and verification of a SPICE program who permit thermal and electrical modeling by design circuit-equivalent model for use in (experimental prototype) for all parts. modeling thermoelectric system mean design circuit-equivalent model to simple thermoelectric system which is the building one block of thermoelectric starter from thermocouple (n-type) - (p-type).

Scaling of the model for simulation of more complicated devices is then discussed. Simulation results compared favorably to the actual experimental results, this is clear in charts.

يهدف البحث أولا إلى دراسة نظام كهروحراري أحادي الطبقة بطريقة جديدة تسمح بتوصيف التأثيرات الكهروحرارية الأساسية الناشئة في النظام الكهروحراري (تأثير سيبك، تأثير بلتیه،....) في حالة العمل، واستنتاج المعادلات المعبرة عن كل منهما. وثانيا تم نمذجة ومحاكاة النظام الكهروحراري المدروس - بحالتي عمله سواء في التبريد أو توليد الطاقة الكهربائية بواسطة برنامج محاكاة حاسوبي - مثل برنامج (PSPICE) - يسمح بمحاكاة أداء النظام الكهروحراري محاكاة حرارية وكهربائية من خلال تصمیم دارة كهربائية حرارية متكاملة مكافئة للنظام المدروس التجريبي (النموذج الأصلي-Prototype) بكافة عناصره الأساسية، حيث يعتمد إنشاء دارة نموذجية مكافئة للدارة الأصلية لنظام كهروحراري بسيط مؤلف من زوج (ازدواج) كهروحراري واحد على تمثيل كافة مكونات النظام إنطلاقا من الازدواج الكهروحراري المكون من النوعين ( n- type) و ( p- type) نوقشت قیاسات نتائج محاكاة النموذج والنتائج المقاسة من التجربة والنتائج الحاصلة أظهرت تقاربا واضحا بالقيم وبدقة كبيرة وهذا واضح من خلال المخططات.
