This research was conducted in the laboratories of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Euphrates Food Science Department and at the laboratories of the Atomic Energy Authority in Damascus. The aim was to isolate the milk acid bacteria from the raw milk of the Shami and Shami goats and classify them between 2010-2011. Samples of goat's raw goat milk are obtained from one of the goat breeders in Deir al-Zour. A total of 77 isolates were taken from 13 raw milk samples and 15 raw sham milk samples. The dominant type of isolates was Lactobacillus

40. 26% followed by Lactococcus sex isolates and by percentage 25. 97%, and then type Thermophilus.str which is present by , And Enterococcus sex was 25.97%. , 11.69% and the lowest proportion was for Leuconostoc sex and its amount. 9.09%

أجري هذا البحث في مخابر كلية الزراعة بجامعة الفرات قسم علوم الأغذية وفي مخابر هيئة الطاقة الذرية بدمشق ، وقد هدف إلى عزل بكتريا حمض اللبن من الحليب الخام للنوق والماعز الشامي وتصنيفها وذلك بين عامي 2011 - 2010، وقد أحضرت عينات حليب النوق الخام من محطة الشولا أما عينات حليب الماعز الشامي الخام فيتم الحصول عليها من أحد مربي الماعز في مدينة دير الزور، حيث تم عزل ما مجموعه ( 77 ) عزلة أخذت من 13 عينة حليب نوق خام ومن 15 عينة حليب ماعز شامي خام . وقد كان النوع السائد للعزلات تابعا للجنس Lactobacillus حيث بلغت نسبة وجوده40. 26  %يليه العزلات التابعة لجنس Lactococcus  وبنسبة25 . 97 %، ومن ثم النوعThermophilus.strالذي تواجد بنسبة 12.99%، أما الجنس Enterococcus فقد كانت نسبته ,%11.69و أقل نسبة كانت للجنس Leuconostoc ومقدارها. %9.09
