Many of scholars who researching for syntax masters and its distinguished personalities like Sibawah,ALmebrad , Ibn Hesham and other masters demonstrated by discussion analysis and criticism, and they rarely came to know about those who has less reputation and the famous personalities, in spite of the fact that they are scholars in the field of syntax,linguistics and the other different sciences that were widespread at that time. In this research we try to throw light upon a great figure has a great contribution for linguistics, it's the unique linguist grammarian (ALsuja'i), and I will try only to talk about his life and approach, and his syntactic concept through his commentary on Qater Alnada Wa bal Alssada which written by Ibn Hesham, trying to shed light

upon a figure deserves to be studied and researched .

عرض كثير من الباحثين لأعلام النحو وأساطينه كسيبويه والمبرد وابن هشام وغيرهم بالدرس والتحليل والنقد، وقلما وقفوا على من دونهم في السمعة وبعد الشهرة والصيت ، على الرغم من كونهم أئمة في النحو واللغة وشتى العلوم التي كانت شائعة ذائعة يومذاك . وفي هذا البحث نحاول الوقوف على شخصية لها إسهام كبير في علوم العربية ألا وهي شخصية النحوي اللغوي السجاعي ، وسأحاول أن أقصر الحديث على حياته ومنهجه وفكره النحوي من خلال حاشيته على قطر الندى وبل الصدى لابن هشام ، محاولا إلقاء الضوء على شخصية جديرة بالدراسة والبحث.
