This research was made to determine adaptation abilities for laying hen's from the Hybrid (Lohman) in the different environmental conditions in Deir Ezzour governorate , in Syria. The experiment lasted for about 16 months.

The results of the research indicate that mean values of the microclimate in the studied houses of the laying hen's [temperature(c), relative humidity (%) , ammonia (PPM), and carbon dioxide (%)] were respectively, reached higher numbers than the researchers recommended , especially the temperature in summer and relative in autumn and winter . However the results of the research proved that the laying hen's have the ability to adapt and live in conditions of microclimate.

- Which are represented by the conditions of husbandry and breeding , and which are always affected by dry desert climate , hot in summer and rainy and cold in winter - and which had a great effect on the health and production of birds , although this effect was not great, the birds produced big quantities of eggs , with high qualities .
