A study on the effect of the use of the fungi Piriformospora indica against the yellow rust disease Puccinia striiformis in some kinds of wheat cultivars used in potsystem

| Abstract |
The study was conducted in Faculty of Agriculture in Deir Ezzor during the agricultural season 2011-2012 on two varieties of wheat cultivars in potsystem, one of it durum (Dohmal)and the second bread (Sham8), aiming to study the effect of biofungi Piriformospora indica against the pathogen yellow rust Puccinia striiformis on wheat under natural and unnatural infection conditions by pathogen. The results show that the treatment of biofungi natural infection conditions caused singificant decrease in average of disease severity by pathogen compared with uninfection treatment 21.46-28.12% in succession. Also it decreased the infection percentage singificantly, it was 30% compared with uninfection treatment 55.85%. The results was similar under the infection conditions by pathogen , so the biofungi treatment was decrease singificantly the average of disease severity and infection percentage compared with uninfection treatment, the severity was 21.65 – 27.85% in succession, and the infection percentage was 50-62.5% in succession.

| الملخص |
نفذت التجربة في كلية الزراعة في محافظة دير الزور خلال الموسم2011-2012, على صنفين من القمح أحدهما قاسي(دوما1) والآخر طري(شام8), بهدف دراسة الفطر الإحباني Piriformospora indica على مرض الصدأ الأصفر Puccinia striiformisعلى القمح تحت ظروف العدوى الطبيعية وكذلك الإعداء الاصطناعي بالفطر الممرض. بينت النتائج أن المعاملة بالفطر الإحياني تحت ظروف العدوى الطبيعية أدت إلى انخفاض بمتوسط شدة الإصابة بالفطر الممرض وبفارق معنوي مقارنة بمعاملة الشاهد حيث كان%28.12- 21.46على التوالي.
كما خفضت من نسبة الإصابة وبشكل معنوي حيث سجلت متوسط نسبة إصابة قدرها %30مقارنة مع الشاهد %55,85.
كما أعطت المعاملة بالفطر الإحياني النتائج نفسها تحت ظروف الإعداء الاصطناعي بالفطر الممرض حيث أدت إلى انخفاض معنوي بمتوسط شدة الإصابة في المعاملات المعداة بالفطر الإحياني مقارنة بالمعاملات غير المعداة به %27.85 – 21.65 على التوالي .
وكذلك انخفضت نسبة الإصابة في المعاملات المعداة مقارنة مع المعاملات غير المعداة بالفطر الإحياني بشكل معنوي بمتوسط قدره%50-62,5على التوالي .
