The status of the Targeted of Rural Development Project in Northern East of Syria and The role of Micro Finance and small projects Enhancing in Al-Hasaka Province

| Abstract |
The Study discusses the objective of the project of rural development in the north-eastern region and the role of finance and support of small projects in Al-Hasakah governorate by identifying the personal characteristics of those targeted by the project of rural development, identifying the activities provided by the rural development project, To identify the constraints faced by those targeted to benefit from the activities of the rural development project, and to identify proposals for the solution of the problems facing them. The survey found that 43.3% of the respondents were middle-aged, 47% read and write and 35.3% of the respondents. (43.5%) and (62.8%) had the land they cultivate, 44.7% received developmental courses, 48.2% received vocational courses, 76.5% Of the projects continued, 98.8% said that their evaluation of their project was successful, 78.3% had difficulties in marketing the resulting mushrooms, and 90.5% suggested helping in marketing the resulting mushrooms.

حيث يناقش البحث دراسة واقع مستهدفي مشروع التنمية الريفية في المنطقة الشمالية الشرقية ودور التمويل ودعم المشاريع الصغيرة في محافظة الحسكة, وذلك من خلال التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية للمستهدفين بأنشطة مشروع التنمية الريفية, والتعرف على الأنشطة المقدمة من قبل مشروع التنمية الريفية، والتعرف على الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأنشطة المشروع على المستهدفين , التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه المستهدفين للاستفادة من أنشطة مشروع التنمية الريفية, والتعرف على مقترحات المستهدفين لحل المشاكل التي تواجههم. وقد استهدفت الدراسة مجتمع المستهدفين المستفيدين من المشاريع الانتاجية الممولة من قبل مشروع التنمية, وتم جمع 85استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية, وخلصت النتائج إلى إن :(%43.3)من المبحوثين متوسطي السن, و(%47)يقرأ ويكتب و(%35.3) من ذوي المؤهل العلمي, والمتزوجين(%85.9), وذوي الحيازة المتوسطة(%43.5)و(%62.8)يمتلكون الأرض التي يزرعونها, و(44.7)تلقوا دورات تنموية, و(%48.2)تلقوا دورات مهنية, و(%76.5)من المشاريع مستمرة, و(%98.8)كان تقييمهم لمشروعهم ناجح, و(%78.3)واجهتهم صعوبات بتسويق الفطر الناتج, و(%90.5)اقترحوا المساعدة في تسويق الفطر الناتج.
