| Abstract |
The study aimed to identify the reality of the administrative empowerment of governmental secondary school male principals in Al Hassaka city from their viewpoints .The study population consisted of all principals of basic governmental secondary school which equal to (166) and they are the sample of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (62) items distributed in (4) domains: (administrative-development and training -human relationship- finance requirements) Suggestion: Make a special center to develop the school principals which give them a good program to administrative empowerment, and the working to develop the system of salary which equal to their work, and Take the members who have the experience to the centers of training and make to them a good environmental.

| الملخص |
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على واقع التمكين الإداري لمديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية بالحسكة من وجهة نظرهم, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من(166) مديرا ومديرة للمدارس الثانوية الحكومية التابعة لمديرية التربية بالحسكة, وهم جميعا عينة الدراسة, وكانت أداة الدراسة الاستبيان مكونة من (62)بندا شملت 4محاور(الصلاحيات الإدارية_ التدريب والتطوير_ العلاقات الإنسانية_ المتطلبات المالية) أما متغيرات الدراسة فكانت(الجنس- المؤهل العلمي- الخبرة) وبذلك يوصي الباحث : بضرورة إنشاء مركز لتدريب المديرين والعاملين الإداريين , يقدم من خلاله برامج للتمكين الإداري , واجتذاب العناصر التي تمتلك الخبرات العلمية والتربوية إلى مراكز التدريب وتهيئة بيئة محفزة لها.
