This study discusses the concept of women's political participation in society through a historical presentation of the social situation of women in societies in general and” Syrian, german" society in particular, and the role of women in political participation in modern societies, which did not come from a vacuum.

Social awareness of the importance of women in general, and awareness of their political role in particular, and this study sheds light on the site of Syrian political women from political women in the world, in terms of the effectiveness of the role, capacity and capabilities.

Based on this, the study is a scientific contribution to the continuity of studies and researches on women's issues and political participation, in an attempt to present a comparative model of the Syrian political role in Syrian society, and the role of german women as a model for women's political participation in the western societies.
