Effect of Temperature degrees on Life Characteristics for the small date worm insect (Batrachedra amydraula Meyer) Laboratory

| Abstract |
The laboratory study was conducted in the laboratories of the Center for Biochemistry Research and Studies at the Faculty of Agriculture, Damascus, 2016 - 2017. The main life characteristics of the B. amydraula Meyer were studied at 15,20,25,30,35 ° C and relative humidity of 55 ± 5%, 8:16 hours (dark /Light) and semi-artificial foods, which are: the period of embryonic development, The duration of the larval stage, the mortality rate of this stage, the duration and mortality of the virulence, the sexual ratio of the insect and the length of the generation T, survival rates and reproductive efficiency. The mean length of development of the insect (egg-whole insect) was significantly short at 35 C° compared with other temperatures of 29.9 days. The highest fertility rate for female Meyer B. amydraula was 25,4 eggs / female at 30 ° C, while the lowest female fertility was 7,5 eggs / female at 35 ° C.

| الملخص |
أجريت الدراسة المخبرية في مخابر مركز بحوث ودراسات المكافحة الحيوية في كلية الزراعة بدمشق خلال عام 2016 - 2017 م. دُرٍستْ أهم الخصائص الحياتية لدودة التمر الصغرى Meyer Batrachedra amydraula عند درجات حرارة, 35،30،25،20،15 سº ورطوبة نسبية 55±5%، إضاءة 16:8 ساعة (ظلام: إضاءة) والمرباة على غذاء نصف صناعي والتي هي : مدة التطور الجنيني، عدد البيض الفاقس, مدة الطور اليرقي ونسبة الموت لهذا الطور, مدة طور العذراء ونسبة الموت فيه, النسبة الجنسية للحشرة و طول أو مدة الجيل ، معدلات البقاء والكفاءة التناسلية.
كان متوسط مدة التطور الكلي لحشرة الحميرة (بيضة-الحشرة الكاملة) قصيرة بشكل معنوي عند 35 سº مقارنة مع درجات الحرارة الأخرى، حيث بلغت29,9 يوما.
بلغ أعلى متوسط خصوبة لأنثى Meyer B .amydraula 25,4 بيضة/ أنثى عند درجة حرارة 30 سº، بينما كان أدنى متوسط لخصوبة الأنثى 7,5بيضة /أنثى عند درجة حرارة 35 سº.
