 This research aims at identifying some personal, and professional characteristics of extension worker's in Al- Hassaka Governorate, determining the degree of using communication technology  , In addition to identifying relationship between the degree of using communication technology and Independent Variables .                                          

data were collected via personal interviews by using questionnaire, the study was carried out from  local agricultural Extensionists by the (10%) percentage in Governorate. by using these statistical analysis: frequency, percentage, range , weighted mean, Pearson and spearman correlation.          

Results indicated that nearly (2/3) of respondents were middle age, what is more than (1/2 ) from them  villagers . A considerably high proportion no have them computers and internet About ( 3/4 ) of respondents were campaign of institutions and agricultural secondary schools  , Also the study showed that little Proportion of them have enough experience in  Agriculture and extension field.  in spite of that which is more than  (2/3) of them participate in training courses ,The majority attended less than five trainings. The results also revealed that majority of agricultural extension workers use communication technology through low and middle degree . also the results declare strength and Significant relationship was found between the degree of using communication technology  and Some  Independent Variables (place of residence, Qualification ,and participate in internet ) . In addition to the research declare that the most problems which the respondents face were :The increase of internet connection cost and not specifying financial accounts for internet services .

    يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على بعض الخصائص الشخصية والمهنية للمرشدين الزراعيين في محافظة الحسكة، وتحديد درجة استخدامهم لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات ممثلة بالانترنت والبريد الالكتروني وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات .

    وقد صممت استمارة استبيان خاصة لجمع بيانات هذه الدراسة بالمقابلة الشخصية , وقد تم استيفاء بيانات الدراسة من 133 مرشداً ومرشدة زراعية يشكلون حوالي 10% من المرشدين في محافظة الحسكة  وقد تم معالجة البيانات كمياً وعرضها وتحليلها إحصائيا باستخدام العرض الجدولي بالتكرار والنسب المئوية ، كما تم استخدام المدى والمتوسط الحسابي المرجح ومعاملي ارتباط بيرسون وسبيرمان .

  أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن حوالي ثلثي المبحوثين متوسطي العمر وأن الغالبية العظمى منهم ذكور وأن ما يزيد عن نصف المبحوثين يقيمون في القرية ، كما أن المبحوثين الذين لا يحوزون حاسب شخصي وغير مشتركين في خدمة الانترنت نسبتهم كبيرة جدا ، حيث بلغت 86.5 % - 78.9% على الترتيب . وأشارت النتائج إلى أن حوالي ثلاثة أرباع المبحوثين من حملة المعاهد المتوسطة والثانويات الزراعية وأن نسبة قليلة من المبحوثين لديهم خبرة كبيرة في مجالي الزراعة والإرشاد الزراعي وأن ما يزيد عن ثلثي المبحوثين  قد حضروا دورات تدريبية و الغالبية العظمى منهم حضروا أقل من (5 دورات) .   كما أوضحت النتائج أن غالبية المبحوثين يستخدمون تكنولوجيا الاتصالات بدرجة منخفضة ومتوسطة . كما تبين وجود علاقة معنوية وموجبه عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 بين درجة استخدام المبحوثين لتكنولوجيا الاتصالات وكلا من المتغيرات التالية : مكان الإقامة ، المؤهل العلمي ، والاشتراك في خدمة الانترنت . كذلك أوضحت النتائج أن أكثر معوقات استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصالات هو ارتفاع تكاليف الاتصال بالإنترنت ، و عدم رصد الاعتمادات و المخصصات المالية لتوفير خدمات الإنترنت بمكان عمل المرشدين الزراعيين .
