The research aimed to suggest strategic plan for control quality of practical education program in AL-Hasakeh-Education College in the light of concept of academic accreditation and total quality management. For achievement this projects: the researcher looked at the current practical education program and prepared total of tools for control quality of targeted program and the scientific automaticity to implement it, according to model for improving of continuous quality in the light of concept of academic accreditation and total quality management in educational field.

The research finished to suggested strategic plan and group of recommendations and propositions for improving of continuous quality to the current practical education program as step completes this strategic plan.

يهدف البحث إلى اقتراح خطة استراتيجية لضبط جودة برنامج التربية العملية في كلية التربية بالحسكة في ضوء مفهوم الاعتماد الأكاديمي وإدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM .ولتحقيق ذلك قام الباحث بدراسة استطلاعية للواقع الحالي لبرنامج التربية العملية في كلية التربية بالحسكة باعتماد أهم معايير جودة برامج التربية العملية، وفي ضوء هذه النتائج الاستطلاعية وبعد الإطلاع على الدراسات السابقة في مجال البحث والمراجعة النظرية لمفهوم الاعتماد الأكاديمي وإدارة الجودة الشاملة TQM في المجال التربوي ، وفقا لأنموذج التحسين المستمر توصل البحث إلى الصورة النهائية للخطة الاستراتيجية المقترحة لضبط جودة برنامج التربية العملية، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من المقترحات كخطوة مكملة لهذه الخطة.
