The seminar deals with the conception of compensation in the Arabic syntax, especially it has never been closely studied by anyone before. I think that compensation is one of the phenomena in Arabic like: deletion, deputation and apposition and so on. So I have taken a lot of use of our scholars' studies of the Arabic linguistic system. These studies, however, didn't get such a great interest by contemporary researchers. Arabs have used compensation in all parts of speech where it was mentioned in most of syntax resources. The conception of compensation is extremely important, that's why Arabs have used it for several purposes including: inclining to decreasing because reduction and keeping away from muscular effort in speech is quite desirable, but unintentionally. That is why Arabs widely used conception seeking for reduction and aiming at brevity. The seminar dealt with every aspect of conception in analysis and interpretation. So the seminar came up with many satisfactory outcomes, quiet judgments, and conclusions based on introductions thought to be right.

 تناول البحث ظاهرة التعويض في النحو العربي إذ إنه لم يظفر بدراسة خصت المعارضة في النحو باهتمامها، فألفى أن التعويض من مجموعة ظواهر في العربية، من مثل: الإنابة، والاستغناء، والحذف، والإبدال، وغيرها، وقد أخذت قدراً  صالحاً من اهتمام علمائنا في درسهم النظام اللغوي العربي، غير أنها لم تحظ باهتمام الباحثين المعاصرين.  وقد استعمل العرب المعاوضة في جميع أنواع الكلام، فوردت في أبواب النحو معظمها. وإن التعويض من الأهمية بمكان، ولهذا كان للعرب في استخدامه غير هدف؛ منها: الجنوح إلى التخفيف، لأن الاستخفاف، والبعد عن الجهد العضلي، في الكلام، مرغوب فيه، دون القصد إليه. ومن أجل ذلك وسع العرب في استعمالهم المعاوضة، طلبا للتخفيف، وقصدا إلى الإيجاز، وتوخية للاختصار. وما ترك البحث صورة من صور المعاوضة إلا وقف عندها بالتحليل والتفسير. وقد توصل إلى نتائج عديدة مرضية، وأحكام هادئة، واستنتاجات بنيت على مقدمات يراها سليمة.
