 The current research aimed to investigate the reality of comprehensive quality management in the kindergarten of the Regional Center for Early Childhood Development in light of the Ishikawa diagram, according to the variables (nature of work, years of experience, and educational qualification). The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and its tool is an electronic questionnaire distributed over six areas (maintenance and repair, the physical environment of the kindergarten, financial resources, human resources, educational materials, and administration). The research sample consisted of (29) administrators, (11) educators, and (25) A guardian. The results of the research showed that the overall estimate of the degree of reality of total quality management in the kindergarten of the Regional Center for Early Childhood Development in light of the Ishikawa diagram always reached (4.48) from the point of view of the research sample members, and that the estimates of the areas of reality of total quality management came in descending order according to the following order: ( Educational materials, kindergarten physical environment, financial resources, human resources, management). The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of individuals in the research sample on the reality of the fields of total quality management in kindergarten due to the variables studied nature of work, years of experience, and academic qualification.                                                                     

       هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقصّي واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في روضة المركز الإقليمي لتنمية الطفولة المبكرة في ضوء مخطط إيشيكاوا، وفقاً لمتغيرات (طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي). استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأداته استبانة إلكترونية موزّعة على ستة مجالات (الصيانة والإصلاح، والبيئة المادية للروضة، والموارد المالية، والموارد البشرية، والمواد التعليمية، والإدارة)، وتكوّنت عيّنة البحث من (29) إدارياً، و(11) مربية، و(25) ولياً. أظهرت نتائج البحث أنّ التقدير الكلي لدرجة واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة في روضة المركز الإقليمي لتنمية الطفولة المبكرة في ضوء مخطط إيشيكاوا قد بلغ (4.48) بدرجة دائماً من وجهة نظر أفراد عيّنة البحث، وأنّ تقديرات مجالات واقع إدارة الجودة الشاملة جاءت تنازلياً وفق الترتيب الآتي: (المواد التعليمية، البيئة المادية للروضة، الموارد المالية، الموارد البشرية، الإدارة). وبيّنت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عيّنة البحث حول واقع مجالات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الروضة تعزى إلى المتغيرات الدراسة (طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي).
