Social and Occupational Effects of Night Work From the Perspective of Workers in the Nursing Occupation An Empirical Study in Hospitals of Swaida City

| Abstract |
The present study aims to identify social and occupational Effects night work among a sample of workers in the nursing profession, and then you know the differences in the social and family effects according to the following changes: (gender, age educational level, age occupational,), The study sample consisted of (102) nurses, the rate of ( 44) of males, and (58) were females. The researcher used the scale of social and occupational effects for night work, from her preparation. The results showed that there is a social impact left by the night work of members of the research sample reported percentage of 58.21% and include the disruption of family life, the difficulties of social life. There are occupational effects left by the night work of members of the research sample reported percentage of 47.32%, and include work accidents, performance, and include work accidents, performance, also the percentage of the all effects of night work reached % 53,38 The study also showed no statistically significant differences in the effects of social and occupational night work depending on the research variables. | الملخص |
هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف الآثار الاجتماعية والمهنية للعمل الليلي لدى عينة من العاملين في مهنة التمريض، ومن ثم تعرف الفروق في الآثار الاجتماعية والأسرية تبعا للمتغيرات التالية: (الجنس، العمر الزمني، العمر المهني، المؤهل التعليمي)، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (۱۰۲) ممرضين وممرضة، بواقع (44) من الذكور، و (58) من الإناث. واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس الآثار الاجتماعية والمهنية للعمل الليلي وهو من إعدادها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك مجموعة من الآثار الاجتماعية التي يتركها العمل الليلي لدى أفراد عينة البحث تبلغ نسبتها المئوية ۵۸۰۲۱% وتتضمن اختلال الحياة الأسرية، صعوبات الحياة الاجتماعية. وهناك مجموعة الآثار المهنية التي يتركها العمل الليلي لدى أفراد عينة البحث تبلغ نسبتها المئوية 47.32 % وتتضمن حوادث العمل، الأداء. كما بلغت النسبة المئوية لمجموع آثار العمل الليلي 53.38% وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الآثار الاجتماعية والمهنية للعمل الليلي تبعا لمتغيرات البحث. الكلمات المفتاحية: العمل الليلي، الآثار الاجتماعية، الآثار المهنية.
