| Abstract |
The research discusses the study of the level of executive of farmers of medicinal and aromatic crops mac and its relationship to some variables in the eastern region of Syria. The study aimed to identify the personal and technical characteristics of farmers of mac crops، and their level of executive of farmers of mac crops and its relationship to some personal and technical variables، and to identify the problems facing Growers of mac crops and their proposals to solve them. The study reached many results، the most important of which are: (62%) of the farmers were older than 50 years (97.7%) of the farmers are male، (70.3%) have worked in the cultivation of mac for ten years or less، ، and (47%) said that the cultivation of mac does not affect the cultivation of other crops، and (85%) of the farmers mainly rely on agricultural engineers and agricultural pharmacies to obtain agricultural information regarding the cultivation of mac. We found that more than two-thirds of the respondents Their level of executive was high (49%)، as it became clear that there was a positive significant relationship between the overall level of executive and each of (age، number of familt members، number of years working in agriculture)، and the results of the study showed that the most frequent problems are: high costs of producing mac such as seeds، fertilisers، plowing and harvesting at a rate of (88%)، followed by limited agricultural labor and high wages at a rate of (68%)، as its proposals were government support for these crops at a rate of (88%)، followed by securing agricultural machinery to avoid the problem of agricultural labor at a rate of (68%).

يناقش البحث دراسة المستوى التنفيذي لمزارعي المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات في المنطقة الشرقية من سورية، وقد استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية والفنية لمزارعي المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية، وتوضيح المستوى التنفيذي لمزارعي المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية وعلاقته ببعض المتغيرات الشخصية والفنية، وتحديد المشكلات التي قد تواجه مزارعي المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية ومقترحاتهم لحلها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: 62% من المزارعين كانوا من كبار العمر أكبر من 50 سنة (97.7%( من المزارعين ذكور، و(70.3%) لديهم سنوات عمل بزراعة المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية عشرة سنوات وما دون، و (، و (47%) قالوا بأن زراعة المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية لا تؤثر على زراعة باقي المحاصيل، و (85%) من المزارعين اعتمادهم الأساسي في الحصول على المعلومات الزراعية الخاصة بزراعة المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية على المهندسين الزراعيين، والصيدليات الزراعية، وتبين لدينا أن حوالي نصف المبحوثين كان مستواهم التنفيذي مرتفع بنسبة (49%)، حيث اتضح وجود علاقة معنوية طردية بين المستوى التنفيذي الإجمالي وبين كل من (العمر، عدد أفراد الأسرة، عدد سنوات العمل بالزراعة)، وبينت نتائج الدراسة، أن أكثر المشكلات تكراراً هي: ارتفاع تكاليف انتاج المحاصيل الطبية والعطرية من بذار واسمدة وحراثه وحصاد بنسبة (88%)، يليها محدودية العمالة الزراعية وارتفاع اجورها بنسبة (68%)، وتركزت أهم مقترحات الحل بالدعم الحكومي لهذه المحاصيل بنسبة (88%)، يليها تأمين الآلات الزراعية لتفادي مشكله العمالة الزراعية بنسبة (68%).
