 This study aimed to identify the role of educational planning in managing change among Managers of basic ,secondary and vocational schools in the city of Deir Ezzor where the researchers followed a descriptive approach and the study society reached to 57 male and female managers then a random sample of 35 male and female managers was selected at a stage of 61,4% the questionnaire was used as a tool for this study.as the researcher built his questionnaire consisting of two axes.the planning axis and the change axis which includes 37 items which were distributed at the sample members after confirming its validity and stability to analyzing the data statistically the researcher used the spss program so the study found the following results the managers of General basic ,secondary. and vocational educational schools practice educational planning with a high degree as far as the educational planning is considered where the percentige reached 86% and the school managers practise the change management with a high degree where the percentige reached 85% here no differences of statistically effects among the managers of basic ,secondary and general education as well as vocational schools in practicing the educational planning and managing change according to gender and educational qualification added to the management years and the type of school at the percentige effect of 5,0 the results of this study clarified that when the change planning is changed in one item ,herein the change will be changed in apercentige of (20,23) and in the same direction because the change helps improve the educational process the study arrived in a variety of recommend a tons and proposals the most important ones of them are: holding training courses for managers of schools to enchance their abilities to planning eduction the necessity of working to identify the difficulties facing change and finding solutions for them to ensure the importance of the school awareness of change management in order to benefit from technological changes and encouraging workers to practice the management of change, where we find that all the process members should participate in the educational direction to put and discuss the educational plan to work hard to achieve a school atmosphere characterized by appositive interaction and the respect which we find among various aspects of educational establishment.                             .

  هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم الاساسي والثانوي العام في مدينة دير الزور لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي التربوي، اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وبلغ مجتمع الدراسة (57) مديراً ومديرة تم اختيار عينة عشوائية منهم بلغت (34) مديراً ومديرة ينسبة59,6%، وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لهذه الدراسة حيث قام الباحث ببناء استبانة تتألف من خمسة محاور هي: المحور الأول: صياغة الرؤية المستقبلية للمدرسة، و المحور الثاني  رسالة المدرسة، و المحور الثالث تحليل البيئة الداخلية للمدرسية، والمحور الرابع  تحليل البيئة الخارجية للمدرسة، والمحور الخامس متابعة و تقويم الاستراتيجية تضم الاستبانة (45) فقرة، تم توزيعها على أفراد العينة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، ولتحليل البيانات إحصائياً استخدم الباحث برنامج spss))، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: يمارس مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي والثانوي العام لمهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي بدرجة مرتفعة حيث بلغت النسبة 80,13%، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي و الثانوي العام في درجة ممارسة مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي التربوي حسب الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة الإدارية ونوع المدرسة عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05،وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: عقد دورات تدريبية نوعية لمديري المدارس لتعزيز قدراتهم على التخطيط الاستراتيجي التربوي - ضرورة العمل على تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في ممارسة التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومعالجتها -، وضرورة مشاركة كل أفراد العملية التربوية التعليمية في وضع ومناقشة الخطة التربوية - العمل على تحقيق جو مدرسي يمتاز بالتفاعل الإيجابي والاحترام القائم بين مختلف جوانب المؤسسة التعليمية.
