| Abstract |
Semantic interpretation in linguistics is one of the most important concepts that contribute to understanding the meanings of words, sentences and texts. It is about understanding the correspondence between linguistic signals and their web meanings, and how they interact to reach the reader or listeners. Semantic interpretation depends on scholars using various tools and concepts in order to interpret linguistic meanings correctly and accurately. The concept of semantic interpretation can be applied to various linguistic texts, whether poetic or prose, through understanding phrases, words, sentences and their illustrations. Metaphor and interpretation are among the most important linguistic and rhetorical phenomena that have accompanied the Qur’anic and literary texts since their appearance. They aim to show the meaning intended by their owner through the apparent meaning all the way to the inner meaning. The principle is not to move away from the first basic meaning of the word, but this is done for rhetorical, intellectual, or moral reasons. It makes the meaning carry multiple and different readings. The reason for choosing the topic is the desire to expand knowledge of the sciences of metaphor and interpretation and to delve deeper into their divisions and types.

| الملخص |
يعد التأويل الدلالي في علم اللغة من أهم المفاهيم التي تسهم في فهم معاني الكلمات والجمل والنصوص. فهو يتعلق بفهم العلاقة بين العلامات اللغوية والمعاني التي تنقلها، وكيفية تفاعلها لإيصال المعنى إلى القارئ أو المستمع. يعتمد التأويل الدلالي على استخدام العلماء للأدوات والمفاهيم المختلفة من أجل تفسير المعاني اللغوية بشكل صحيح ودقيق، ويمكن تطبيق مفهوم التأويل الدلالي على مختلف النصوص اللغوية، سواء الشعرية أو النثرية، وذلك من خلال فهم العبارات والكلمات والجمل والعلاقات بينها. والمجاز والتّأويل من أهم الظواهر اللّغويّة والبلاغيّة، التّي واكبتْ النّصوصَ القرآنيّة والأدبيّة منذ ظهورها، فهما يهدفان إلى إظهار المدلول الذّي يقصده صاحبه من خلال المعنى الظاهر وصولاً إلى المعنى الباطن، والأصل عدم الابتعاد عن المعنى الأساسي الأول للفظة ولكن يتمّ ذلك لأسباب بلاغيّة أو فكريّة أو معنويّة تجعل المعنى يحمل قراءات متعددة ومختلفة. وسبب اختيار الموضوع الرّغبة في توسيع المعرفة بعلمي المجاز والتّأويل والتّعمّق في أقسامهما وأنواعهما.
