 Studies provided by research centers play a prominent role in political decision-making, so many countries have sought to adopt the recommendations provided by research centers in political decision-making, and one of the most prominent countries in this regard was Iran, which relied on the output of research centers in order to develop negotiation tools. And strengthening the pillars of foreign relations with the United States, especially during the period between 2013 and 2017, which is one of the most prominent stages in the history of Iranian-American relations, and this is what we will highlight in this research. 

 تلعب الدراسات التي تقدمها مراكز الأبحاث دورا بارزا في صنع القرار السياسي، لذلك سعت العديد من الدول لتبني التوصيات التي تقدمها مراكز الأبحاث في صنع القرار السياسي، ومن أبرز الدول في هذا الشأن، كانت إيران، والتي اعتمدت على نتاج المراكز البحثية في سبيل تطوير أدوات التفاوض وتدعيم ركائز العلاقات الخارجية مع الولايات المتحدة، لا سيما خلال الفترة بين عامي 2013 و 2017، والتي تعد من أبرز المراحل في تاريخ العلاقات الإيرانية الأميركية، وهذا ما سنسلط الضوء عليه في هذا البحث.
