| Abstract |
The aim of this research was to study the responsive of tow varieties of planter Olive (Alsorani- Aldan) when we use different concentration of (BAP) which was (0-50-200)ppm. Results estimated as averages were: -At the concentrate (200)ppm on Alsorani variety we had a big increase at length of planter olive (99.8)cm, area of leave surface (298.8)mm² and number of green branches(74) branch nearly. -When we use the same concentrate (200ppm on Aldan variety we had a big increase at length of planter olive too (132.3)cm, its diameter(51.7)cm, diameter of stem(14.7)mm and number of green branches(20) branch. -At the concentrate (50ppm on Alsorani we had an increase of diameter of planter olive(49.7) cm, but on Aldan the increase was with the length of stem(73.7)cm. -We don't had any responsive at another treatments.

أجريت الدراسة البحثية في أرض زراعية تابعة لمديرية الزراعة والإصلاح الزراعي بدير الزور عام2017, بهدف دراسة استجابة غراس الصنفين الصوراني والدان لتراكيز مختلفة من هرمون السيتوكينين (بنزين أمينو بيورينBAP). حيث استخدمت التراكيز (200-50-0)ppmوكانت النتائج:
_أدت المعاملة بهرمون (BAP)بالتركيز(200ppm)للصنف الصوراني إلى زيادة ملحوظة في طول التاج الخضري (99.8)سم, ومساحة الورقة (298.8)مم², ومتوسط عدد نموات العام الحالي(74)فرع.
_أدت المعاملة بنفس التركيز للصنف الدان إلى زيادة في طول التاج الخضري(132.3)سم, وقطره(51.7)سم, وقطر الساق (14.7)مم, ومتوسط عدد نموات العام الحالي(20)فرع.
_أما المعاملة بالتركيز(50ppm)فقد أدت إلى زيادة في قطر التاج الخضري في الصنف الصوراني (49.7)سم, وزيادة في طول الساق في الصنف الدان(73.7)سم.
_بينما لم يكن هناك أي استجابة في بقية المؤشرات .
