The study has aimed to finding out the possession degree of the educational technological sufficiences that the open – teaching students have had at the college of education in al-furat university from the students , point of view .

The study has focused on 40 male and female students. And to achieve the aims of the study , the researchers has prepared a survey consisting of /33/ sufficiences distributed at five colums so that they deal with data statistics . the study has used- for this – the mathematical moderation , the criteria slide and the individual static analysis add that the /T/ testing .The study outcomes have shown that the open – teaching students possess .The study outcomes have shown that the open – teaching students possessa high grade of sufficience in the field of scientific knowledge sufficiences and testing whereas the high degree has reached to (2,7) . they also have a sufficience of an intermediate degree in the field of desiging to the extent that it reached to /2.07/ . these students have , to a lower degree , sufficiences in the field of using and exploiting the devices as the appreciation is concerned . the moderate rate , herein , has reached to (1,7) .The study results have pointed to the fact that there are differences that show statisticly the educational technological sufficience possession degree due to the gender change on behalf of the male students . in addition , the study results have shown that there are no statistics differences due to the change of the educational experience .

According to this study out comes , the researcher has presented a group of recommendations and suggestions .
