 This research aims to Evaluating the possibility of using Balance score card Measures in improving control Strategic Financial Performance efficiency in Islamic banks, and determine the requirements of using these Measures, during showing the concept of Strategic Financial Performance, and the most important Measures that Use in Measuring and  Evaluating Strategic Financial Performance in banks, To fulfill this purpose we reviewed and analyzed a number of writings, researchers and references which toke the field of Evaluating the Strategic Financial Performance in banks. Then, we made Applied study at ALbaraka Banks Group, that have (12) banks in several countries, and it issued merged annual financial report for hole Group. The study resulted that the using the Balance score card Measures, help in evaluating and improving  the control at Strategic Financial Performance in Islamic banks.

 يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة إمكانية تحديد واستخدام مقاييس أداء متعددة الأبعاد،في تقويم وتحسين كفاءة الأداء المالي الاستراتيجي في المصارف الاسلامية،وتحديد متطلبات وجوانب استخدام هذه المقاييس من خلال عرض مفهوم الأداء المالي الاستراتيجي،وأهم المقاييس المستخدمة في تقويم وتحسين الأداء المالي الاستراتيجي في المصارف الاسلامية،ومن ثم تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مجموعة من البنوك الاسلامية متمثلة في مجموعة البركة المصرفية،والتي تمتلك (12) مصرف في عدة دول ومنها سورية،وتصدر تقرير مالي سنوي موحد لكامل المجموعة.وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحديد واستخدام مقاييس أداء متعددة ومتوازنة يساعد في تقويم كفاءة الأداء المالي وتحسين الرقابة على الأداء المالي الاستراتيجي في المصارف الاسلامية.
