 The study aims at discovering the role of the Faculty of Education in Deir Al-Zour to develop the abilities of the student – teacher in his specialization field gaining successfully the information and skills that enable him to perform teaching process in addition to the development the professional responsibility and the individual labilities the sample study consists of 80male and female students and to achieve the aims of this study ,the researcher has prepared a questionnaire consisting of 35 questions divided into four sectors and to deal with the data in a calculating way, arithmetic moderations were used added to percent –rate the study results have appeared that the interior quality efficiency of the Faculty of education in Deir Al-Zour from its students point of view has been carried out in 60 % that means that  the student – teacher owns an efficiency in a moderate rate in his specialization rationed 62 % and an efficiency in the field of education 66% percent , the individual abilities efficiency reached 64%and in the field of the professional responsibility the rate was 62% in the light of the study outcomes , the researcher offered a group of suggestions.

   هدفت الدراسة التعرف عن دور كلية التربية بدير الزور في تنمية قدرات الطالب المعلم في مجال تخصصه ، واكتسابه للمعلومات ، والمعارف التي تمكنه من ممارسة عملية التدريس بنجاح ، وتنمية المسؤولية المهنية والقدرات الشخصية 0 تكونت عينة الدراسة من /80/ طالبا وطالبة ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث  استبانة مكونة من (35) سؤالاً موزعة على أربعة محاور ، ولمعالجة البيانات إحصائياً تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، والنسب المؤية ، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الكفاءة الداخلية النوعية لكلية التربية من وجهة نظر طلابها تتحقق بدرجة قدرها 60,8% أي أن الطالب المعلم يمتلك كفاية بدرجة متوسطة في مجال التخصص بنسبة قدرها 62%، ويمتلكون كفاية في مجال التربية بنسبة قدرها 66% ، أما كفاية القدرات الشخصية فقد بلغت النسبة 64% ، وفي مجال المسؤولية المهنية فقد بلغت النسبة 63%، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث مجموعة من المقترحات
