 In this research we have dealt with one of the main principles in administrative contracts, namely the principle of personal consideration in the administrative contract, where we discussed in the first requirement what personal consideration in an administrative contract is and its scope, by explaining what it is in administrative contracts (the first section), then we dealt with the scope of Or the degree of personal consideration in the administrative contract (the second branch), while we touched on the second requirement of the exceptions that come to the principle of personal consideration, as we explained in (the first section) the two issues of subcontracting and assignment of the contract, while we explained in (the second branch) the contractor’s demise.

    In conclusion, we reached a set of results, and attached some suggestions to them.

       لقد تناولنا في هذا البحث، أحد المبادئ الرئيسة في العقود الإدارية, ألا وهو مبدأ الاعتبار الشخصي في العقد الإداري, حيث تعرضنا في المطلب الأول لماهية الاعتبار الشخصي في العقد الإداري ونطاقه, من خلال بيان ماهيته في العقود الإدارية (الفرع الأول), ثم تناولنا نطاق أو درجة الاعتبار الشخصي في العقد الإداري (الفرع الثاني), بينما تطرقنا في المطلب الثاني للاستثناءات التي ترد على هذا المبدأ, حيث أوضحنا في (الفرع الأول) مسألة التعاقد من الباطن والتنازل عن العقد, بينما بيّنا في (الفرع الثاني) لزوال المتعاقد.

    وفي الخاتمة توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج, وألحقنا بها بعض المقترحات.
